Specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of bicycle trailers, we are an export-oriented enterprise.
Located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, the company’s manufacturing base covers an area of over 20,000 square meters and features multiple production lines for metal processing, fabric sewing, and complete vehicle assembly.
Bicycle trailers are the company’s core business, supported by dedicated production lines and a specialized team. The company possesses comprehensive manufacturing capabilities ranging from product design and mold development to complete vehicle assembly and final inspection, with a monthly production capacity of 10,000 units (approximately 15 standard shipping containers) and an annual production capacity of approximately 120,000 units.
In-House Production and Materials
Metal fabrication, sewing and final assembly are carried out in our own facility rather than subcontracted. This allows us to plan production against confirmed delivery dates and to deal with problems at the workstation where they arise.
Frame tubing, fabrics and harness hardware are bought from suppliers we have qualified, and every incoming batch is inspected against specification before it enters production. For the same model we can quote several material and configuration levels, so that a customer can meet a target retail price. Safety-related components and test compliance do not change between levels.
Standard production takes 30 business days after order confirmation. In peak seasons the lines have run at up to 12,000 units per month, and materials for our standard models are held in stock to support short-notice orders.

Canopies, seat fabrics and harness webbing, cut and sewn on site.
Assembly
Frames, wheels, fabrics and hardware assembled on dedicated trailer lines.
Packing and Loading
Cartons packed, palletised where required, and loaded for shipment.
Design and Development
Trailer structures, folding mechanisms and appearance designs are developed by our own engineering team. We currently hold 20+ design and utility patents in China and abroad.
Your projects are built either on these existing platforms or from the customer’s own drawings. In both cases our engineers review the design for manufacturability, cost and compliance with the relevant safety standard before tooling begins, and report back on any point that needs changing.
Samples of existing models with a customer’s branding are ready within 3 business days. Samples built to a customer’s own design take 7 to 15 business days, depending on how much tooling and how many new parts are involved.
Three Inspection Stages
Our internal principle is that quality is built in, not inspected in. Operators check their own work at each station, and inspection is organised in three stages on top of that.
IQC
Incoming materials. Steel, fabric and hardware are checked against specification before release to production.
IPQC
In process. Patrol inspection during fabrication, sewing and assembly, with records kept per batch.
OQC
Pre-shipment. Finished units are function-checked and packaging verified before containers are sealed.

Testing for the US and EU Markets
Our bicycle trailers are tested to the safety standards required in their destination markets. Test reports and export documentation are provided with each shipment.
